1. Plans and prices
The subscription interface shows the plan, Child Profile seats, term, currency, and amount due before confirmation. Prices, offers, taxes, and payment options may change, so this policy does not hard-code promotional amounts. The binding price is the amount shown by the payment processor before the parent approves.
2. App Store and Google Play
Native Apple and Google in-app purchases are available in the app. The store displays the price, any trial, and the renewal cadence, and it controls payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund processing under the store account and the store’s rules. Renewal is cancelled through the App Store or Google Play subscription settings of that store account. LEARN WITH SARAH LTD cannot directly cancel or refund a store transaction in place of the store.
3. Stripe
Some subscriptions may have been completed independently through the website using a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. For those transactions, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling is governed by the processor and by the payment arrangement in place at the time of purchase. Where renewal is cancelled, access normally continues until the end of the paid period unless the applicable terms provide otherwise. Deleting the Parent Account stops an active Stripe subscription immediately and ends access.
4. Flouci and bank transfer
Payment methods used outside the app, including locally available payment methods and bank transfers, may be one-time, non-recurring transactions. In the current implementation, Flouci is a separate one-time payment rather than a recurring debit mandate, and bank transfer is a manual route requiring proof of payment, review, and approval before access is granted. These methods do not create an automatically renewing subscription unless that is stated explicitly at the time of purchase, so there is no automatic renewal to cancel. When access expires, any further access is a separate transaction if that payment option remains available.
5. Effect of cancellation
Cancelling renewal prevents a future charge and does not delete the account or progress. Access remains until the paid-through date shown by the Parent Area or store unless a refund, dispute, immediate cancellation, or account deletion ends it earlier. Switching payment provider may require cancelling the current subscription first and waiting for store confirmation.
6. Refunds
Refunds are assessed under mandatory law, the reason for the request, service status, and the processor’s rules. Request Apple or Google refunds from the relevant store. For Stripe, Flouci, or bank transfer, use Contact with the Parent Account email and a safe payment reference; never send a full card number. We do not promise one refund period or outcome across all countries and providers.
7. Account deletion and subscription
Account deletion removes access and personal data and is not the same as cancelling renewal. The backend cancels an active Stripe subscription immediately, but cannot cancel Apple or Google renewal for you. Cancel the store subscription first, then delete the account. Required transaction and invoice records may remain after the account is anonymised. Account deletion is not itself a refund request, and it does not automatically refund amounts already paid, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Billing support
Use /contact or support@myenglishsarah.com and include the Parent Account email, payment provider, approximate date, and a safe transaction reference if available. Do not send a password, PIN, full card number, or unnecessary child data. We may verify identity before discussing an account or transaction.
